"Anytime."
Anytime, for me, really means "you're welcome anytime", that you like helping the person, whether he be known or unknown. It does show your pleasure towards the act of aiding or helping that person, wherein you are also telling him/her that they must feel free to seek your help without hesitant. Anytime also stating that it wasn't a big deal for you and you'll always be here and ready to give a hand. Anytime is a pleasant response.
